Located at 2025 Montauk Highway The Clam Bar should be added to every family's Summer 2024 Bucket List! Easily accessible and visible right off Montauk Highway, the Clam Bar offers more than chill vibes, good music, and great food! Recently purchased and run by Hamptons locals Kelly and John Piccinnini, the Clam Bar offers a family friendly atmosphere complete with a newly added kids corner. Just think, you can enjoy finishing your meal and your kids can play a few feet away without having to worry.
Open 11:30am to 5pm Monday through Thursday and 11:30am to 8pm Friday through Sunday.

Macaroni KID Hamptons recently had the pleasure of being hosted for lunch, I have to let you all know that this is a #sponsored article as per the FTC guidelines. However I never write an article about something I don't like and I keep it real with you guys. The Clam Bar is just AWESOME. My two older kids are pretty laid back about food but my youngest is a VERY picky eater. I also have to eat gluten free, not by choice, so I was SO EXCITED there were gluten free options on the menu!
Upon arrival we were greeted by the Clam Bar's friendly staff and guess what? Almost all of them were Hamptons locals! We ordered chicken tenders and fries off the kids menu and my husband and I ordered two lobster rolls, because ya know it's on the sign so we had to try it! My gluten free lobster roll was incredible!!!!! The cole slaw was also fresh and crisp and so delicious. The kids thought their food was scrumptious!! They loved the chicken tenders and it was a big win for my picky eater. "So amazing"-my youngest said about his meal.

What I really liked was the laid back feel of the place. A lot of the time when you go out to eat there's stress and pressure to keep your kids calm, entertained, and confined to your table. The Clam Bar kids corner is where its at! Tucked away from the main road you can let your child explore and play while relaxing and supervising them from the comfort of your table. There's corn hole, connect four, mini chairs and a fun activity page with crayons. You know what else? The kids portion is rather large so if you have a little kiddo you can easily turn one meal into leftovers! When we asked for to go containers we were given tops that went right over our plates. LOVED that!

When chatting with John Piccinnini he mentioned that a big drive for the Clam Bar is community involvement whether it be through staffing or through chatting with the customers. Being that all the seating is outdoors the Clam Bar is highly weather dependent. This is the perfect spot for a before or after beach stop or sunset Summer dinner. On rainy days the outdoor seating will be closed but the counter seating is open and there is ALWAYS take out available. In the event of severe inclement weather the Clam Bar will have to close for a day but that is very rare.
