CTREE, the Center for Therapeutic Riding of the East End, is a beautiful place tucked away in Sagaponack,NY. This amazing .ORG is the only member of the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH INTL) in Suffolk County, NY. CTREE offers therapeutic riding lessons and other activities at their barn, located at 93 Merchants Path, Sagaponack, NY for children, young adults, and veterans with cognitive, physical, or emotional disabilities. Private and semi-private lessons are conducted year round by PATH INTL riding instructors with the help of trained volunteers. CTREE also provides therapeutic riding and field trip opportunities for special education school groups. There are also scholarship opportunities for families in need.
My family and I had the honor of attending CTREE's open house at the end of Spring. It was amazing! Everyone was so welcoming
We walked up to a cute and CLEAN barn with whimsical lights and a barn cat that loved to be pet.
There was plenty of information available as well as staff to answer all our questions and not to mention the HORSES! They were BEAUTIFUL!!
