5 Great Parks and Playgrounds in the Hamptons, NY

We are lucky in the Hamptons to have so many great playgrounds and parks to explore. From swings to slides, to climbing walls and gliders, the Hamptons parks and playgrounds keep my kids active, are a great place to meet old friends (and make new friends!), and they're FREE!

I often get asked what our favorite playgrounds are, so I thought I'd share here with you my family's picks for our top five playgrounds and parks to visit in the Hamptons.

What we love about Agwam Park: 

Agwam Park is great because it's HUGE! There is a lot of play space as well as structures for the kids to have fun and play on.  Tucked away in the corner of Southampton Town, it's the perfect place for kids of all ages to run around.

What we love about Herrick Park: 

Herrick Park in East Hampton town is the perfect afterschool stop for the kids to get out and run around! Parking is easy and it's a great stop right after the grocery store

What we love about "Hanks" Playground: 

The Henry "Hank" Zebrowski Memorial Athletic Fields not only have baseball and soccer fields but a cute playground too! Located right off South Erie Avenue in Montauk, this playground is easy to get to.

Sag Harbor, NY

What we love about Mashashimuet Park: 

Mashashimuet Park in Sag Harbor is HUGE! Has separated play areas with age appropriate play structures. There is just so much to do!!
