Yoga is beneficial to kids in many ways. It is not competitive and there is no being wrong, It is an excellent practice for children who are not naturally enthusiastic about physical and group activities. Those kids that suffer from social anxiety don't have to worry about being chosen last. Yoga increases physical flexibility, fine tunes balance and coordination, develops focus and boosts self esteem.
