Chef Jonny took us through the preparation of Broccoli Quiche, Chicken Ravioli and Molten Chocolate Cake. He was totally on point with his description of why onions make you cry, cranking the fresh pasta through the machine several times and ninja knife skills.
The afternoon was a much needed break from the day to day and reinforced our connection with Eggland’s Best. We, as Macaroni Publishers, have worked on several campaigns with them and the more we learn about their company and their product - the more we have become dedicated consumers.
